DRIVER DETECTIVE AND SAFECART SafeCart PC Drivers scam, billed my account and never got what I paid for Internet

I was looking to download drivers for my computer. I only bought if from the site because it had the BBB logo on their website so I trusted them. However, I did not use the product because I realized that I can download if from the dell website. I requested a refund and they have not replied. I have called but there is not a person answering the phone and the messages always direct you back to their stupid website.

I sent for a drivecure and was charged from my bank account but it did not work properly I would like a refund.
I also sent for a drivecure licence key which did not work.
Please can you sort this out.
It is a lot of money to me.
