DriveTime Credit Corp A lien was placed on my vehicle by mistake. DriveTime repossed and sold car to satify the lein Phoenix Arizona

On May 11,2008 my Saturn L300 that i purchased from the Drive Time in Cheapeake Virginia was in a accident.while waiting for my insurance to settle the matter Drive Time seized my car.They stated that no one was communicating with them. When in fact we were and also my insurance company were talking to Mr. James Collins(who I may add was very nasty and rude)in the corporate office in Arizona. I have always made my car payments on time even when I was without my car for a month while they were working out the insurance kinks. Still to this day July 7th, 2008 I am without my car and they are threating to auction it today. The body shop that towed and held my vehicle after the accident was paid by my insurance company. Drive time claimed that the reason for holding my car was that this needed to be paid. They recieved a check from the insurance company for the total amount due on July 1,2008.
