Droidso.com Sent wrong size and refuse to refund or exchange Vernon California

Ordered Mens All-Terrain Versatile Tacticle Jacket from Droidso.com (contact sherrlajunen@gmail.com).  Package arrived but wrong size.  Order placed based on sizing chart on ad and "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee" stipulated on the confirmation. Contacted sherrlajunen@gmail.com (only contact on website) about desire to exchange jacket for proper size.  Was informed by sherrlajunen@gmail.com, that it was too expensive to return and offered me a 20% refund or 50% off the next ordered item.  In effect, she/he/it (through multiple emails) told me to "pound sand".  Be aware of this individual as she/he/it are a fraud.  And that "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee".....well the only one satisfied here is she/he/it.
