On July 13th, 2008 I placed and order and was promptly charged for the order and here a month later I have yet to receive order or get response to messages left or email sent and today I sent a fax threating to reverse the charges. Definitely a rip off company

Well I actually got my stuff after many threats, unlike the lie they told me that they shipped my stuff on the 18th of August, when the package came today the postage receipt was for the 27th of August.
Gotta threaten them to get your stuff , beware.

After several emails and them sending me a usps tracking number that said for 10 days that they were notified of a package but had not actually receive the package I wrote them another email. Told them package had not been received or verified it shipped and to either ship the package or refund my money I was done playing games with them. (in previous email I threatened to have bank reverse charges on my card and I would file a complaint with the NJ Attorney General). I then called then and surprisingly enough actually got to talk to a person. He looked up my order and said I don't know why you have not received it but you should by Friday. I said the Post Office doesn't show receiving and the usual answer of "well they don't update their system very regular and we have a lot of problems". Last evening I decided to check the tracking number again and now it says "Your item was processed and left our SWEDESBORO, NJ 08085 facility on August 27, 2008. " Hmmmm, funny that was just yesterday! Crooks I tell ya. If you don't threaten them they will just keep your money! I'll report later if I receive the goods! Remember I placed this order on the 16th of JULY! Glad I did not pay for express shipping!

I got fed up with them not answering and sent them a fax with my name and order number and said if I did not receive a response and my order I would reverse the charges at the bank and file a complaint with the attorney general in New Jersey. Funny thing, 4 hours later I got an email telling me I would be receiving my order middle of next week. Of course it is not here yet but they did at least respond.
