This company took 1,200.00 and did not fix my leaky basement. They are now demanding 18,000.00 and put a lien on my home. I am stuck with a leaky basement and chunks of concrete mess.

My name is: Sharon Courtney and I filed a report against Dry Basement, here in Kansas city, Missouri, a few months back. I would like to dismiss my formal complaints against the company and further acknowledge that I made a quick judgment call without giving the company adequate time to reply. My observation was not an accurate record of what occurred, due to my emotional state. Without getting into the details of my personal issues, it suffices to say that the company is not at fault, for any work that occurred at my house, therefore I would like to remove any past negative comments made against the company.

I would appreciate your attention to this matter, as I don't want to further damage the reputation and integrity of this company, because of my shortsightedness. I will add that the company and I have resolved equitably.

Otto Fleck with Dry Basement Inc, is willing to fix the problem. We will be settleling the matter. I want to put an end to the negative complaint, that I gave them. And give an opportunity to work this outside social media.

Thanks for airing my concerns, but I think it would be best to solve this matter privately.
