DRYDEN ENTERPRISES ripoff builder, breach of contract, hires sub-standard contractors HINESVILLE Georgia

Dryden Enterprises entered into a contract with me September 2003 stating my house would be built and ready to move into December 2003. December came and went, and the house was not ready. In March 2004 the house was sold without my knowledge.

Dryden Enterprises is the only builder in Hinesville. I wish someone else would come and compete with him. His houses have increased from $80,000 to $130,000 for a basic 3 bedroom 2 bath. When you get the house appraised, it does not equate to the amount you paid for it... it is much less!

Several of my friends who bought houses from Dryden have problems with the construction. Yet they are told, that Dryden sub-contracts all of his work, and they must deal with the sub-contractor.

Someone should regulate and investigate Dryden's work. Especially since he preys on the soldiers stationed nearby. Do not buy a house from Dryden he is shady, doesn't finish building the house on time, and jacks up the price on his houses just because he can.

Someone please look into his records.
