Ordered childs growth chart on 2/6/08. Credit card was charged on 2/11/08. As of today 2/27/08 still not received order.

They do not respond to phone calls or email. When I call 1st time I get a message saying "Not available to take your call try later."

2nd time, message said "Not available to take your call leave name and number and we will return your call. No return call

Faxed them and got no response from that.

Never had this problem before and I have order many times over the internet. First time with this company and the last.
