After I cancelled my account I was charged $153.99. Since I had autopay set up, my account was already debited by the time I found it. When I called the company to find out why they just apologized with no explanation and offered to refund me. I demanded to know what the charge was for but they just skirted around the issue. Four calls and a month or so later and they finally reimbursed me. Also my account statement still shows the refund I'm owed for the initial $30 deposit, which they will probably never refund to me. Crooks.
