Well, I got screwed too, but it looks like not as badly as some other people. What this report doesn't mention is that hundreds of employees "were" paid, and I was one of them. What really bothers me is how easily people go after the leader of a company when things aren't going according to plan. This company had a solid concept, and tried very hard to make sure that everyone got paid, infact, as an employee at the head office, I know for a FACT that the failure of this company was mostly the fault of incompetent middle managment, and not the big boss/bosses!

So, "Steve from Bradenton", maybe you shouldnt be so quick to "Handle things the old fashion way". Steve, I am sure that you wouldn't want someone to "hunt you down" should someone ever "SUGGEST" that you are guilty for something??? This is the reason why we have a justice system, and maybe the reason why nothing has happened with this situation, is because there were no real wrong doings, and the company did all that it could do, but the business failed, just like millions of other businesses, every single year. If this man, or anyone else at the company has done something wrong, I'm sure the police, or whomever will deal with it.

Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division

FBI

IRS

SS administration

Workmans Compensation

Small claims court

US Department of Labor..

Have all of these avenues been exhausted???

I would personally track this guy down and handle it the old fashioned way!

I worked for DSI Delivery and too got the shaft. The one thing that I have probably more than the rest is all the paperwork from DSI. This includes all their pay slips Etc. What I really want to know is how did they get away without paying up to anyone. I mean I have every receipt that was owed to me (mine & theirs) but still they slipped away. This is one hell of a racket. I hear that the owner was, is a Canadian that owns a string of Pizza joints. I know this is two years after the fact but it just amazes me in this day and time how easy it is to get taken. I mean Hell, they even had AFlac involved, who would think it was a bogus situation. What I'm really worried about is all my personal info SS# Etc. Hopefully it got shredded along with everything else ;)
