Worst experience ever! My Fiancé and I were planning on buying a Porsche from this company. Didn’t read the reviews before working with a salesman by the name of Anthony. He totally lied and lurd us into believing that a$595.00 brokers fee was the down payment to the car. After he charged our card for the $595.00 fee he told us we owed $1,200 more before the vehicle could be delivered to the house. My fiancé and him got into an argument bc Anthony did not tell him about the $595.00 brokers fee he kept saying. "I’ll take care of you” But was malicious behind the whole intent. Stealing money. We told him to stop the transaction that we needed to speak with a supervisor which he refused to do! Didn’t run the application. Let Me repeat didn’t run the application. And refused to move forward with the app without refunding our money. I have to file a police report to get my money back. Since that’s what the credit card company wants me to do. johnathan the owner contacted me once through yelp after I posted a review stating that he would try to help me . It’s going into two weeks now and I haven’t heard from him. Every time I call him he’s either out of the office delivering a car or is busy and that he’ll get back to me. He says they record all of their phone calls and that he would pull the phone call still no signs of him!! I am beyond mad! This is not how you treat people! I am doing everything reporting to BBB filing police report and posting reviews so this doesn’t happen to others!

Liar why haven’t you called me???! And why are you responding via a rip off report?! Scammer! If the app wasn’t approved why move forward? You told me you would get back to me 2 weeks ago! I haven’t heard from you since!! You are a scammer! That’s why you sit in your office looking at bad reviews after scamming people. You’re not a lawyer! Your cheap and unfit to do the job! Your company will fall it’s already in the hole! The BBB has 3 reports on you this year for scamming people. You’re business is thirsty for money because your overhead is higher than the money you’re bringing into your business. You treat your customers like crap! You’re customers don’t trust you because you’re dishonest with them. Why haven’t I heard from you? Like you promised you gave me the runaround for 2 weeks! And finally decide to respond on a rip off report? You are sad!! Your trying to keep money stating you provided service? Lol! Why didn’t Anthony pull the app like we asked to? To move forward?? Why didn’t he submit? You forgot about that right? Early amnesia? Dementia? I can’t wait to see your business close it’s doors soon! I will try my best to reach out to as many victims as I can. Why not just refund an unhappy customer! You won’t because your desperate! You are unprofessional, misleading, a crook, thirsty, and a fraud, your reviews speak volumes for themselves. Do me a favor stop deleting my reviews! I will just keep posting them you will waste your time and money with me and I will get my moneys worth! I have all the time in the world!! I will file the police report, you’re tacky and have poor business ethics. Can’t wait to see your doors close! It’s coming! Let me give you some business tips #1.in the future treat the customer as you would like to be treated. #2. Don’t steal money save yourself a lawsuit. #3.Dont scam customers maybe you’ll have more traffic. #4. Maybe if you just do what you say you’re gonna do you’ll have more customers less bad reviews. #5. Stop being Fake it looks cheap.

Rebuttal for Ms. Elsa

Hello Ellsa / Amy / De'Marco. While the majority of your review is simply untrue, you have correctly asserted that your fiancé hired us to obtain a very specific Porsche. Unfortunately for us, after paying to have the Porsche transported from San Diego to Los Angeles for him (as he agreed), your fiancé then refused to provide the necessary information to obtain an approval.

We had proceeded with acquiring the Porsche when our service order was signed by both parties. The terms of the signed service order clearly state $595 is our service fee, outlines our refund policy and lessee's agreement to furnish the needed information such as a complete credit application in order to obtain his Porsche financial lease approval.

Our requests for this needed information were met with many harassing phone calls and profane text messages (see the Yelp review for the toned down version of the type of text messages and phone calls we would receive).

Our attempts to execute our services we had bound ourselves to completing on his behalf were all well documented and recorded. We worked hard to complete our end of the agreement, only to be met with hostility and opposition from you.

Our services had been rendered along with the trucking company that we paid to transport the Porsche Cayman to you.

Our team has always been professional and polite to both you and your fiancé, and we will continue to standby the terms of our agreement. We will also continue to be of service, complete your lease approval, and help you obtain a new car. We will maintain an equal credit to your file for a future vehicle lease or purchase.

Your fiancé may also call us and complete his credit application and or the phone interview as originally requested by Porsche financial if he still wants the Porsche Cayman.

Also, as we promised, delivery from the dealership in Los Angeles to your home was complementary at no charge. But we incurred costs by having transported it from San Diego and that was part of our $595 fee. Also your mention of a $1200 fee to complete a credit application is inherently false. There has never been a fee required to complete a credit application.

De'Marco has a copy of the service order he eSigned in his email. Please read our refund policy, or email us directly for another copy.
Regards, Team DSR.
