After a breif transition to Canada she bounced around several low level jobs until she finally found a secretarial position/project coordinator role with Bird Construction. Duane as she is called in Canada spent many years working for Bird in their Vancouver Office with little experience yet constant roles opening due to senior employees retiring Duane rose to a position in Management. Eventually Landing in Senior Management as operations manager. Now back that up.
