Duarte's Appliances Duarte Appliances FRAUD...SCAM.....DO NOT BUY FAROM THEM!!! Riverside, California

I purchased a refrigerator on August 14, 2011 from Duarte's appliances because they stated it works great and there were no problems with it at all. The day after they delivered it, the refrigerator stopped working. I contacted them and they brought a temporary refrigerator while mine was being repaired (which costs $150 less than the one I purchased and is not the same color nor size). I was told it would only be two days and that they would contact me for a new delivery time. I never received a telephone call from them, nor a call back when I tried to contact them throughout the week. I finally got a hold of someone on Friday, August 26, 2011 and was told that the owner was not there and my refrigerator would be delivered to me on Sunday. Sunday came and I received no call from them. When I called, I was told that I would receive a call back from someone because the owner was not there. I received that call from their son, and he stated that they need another two days for the refrigerator to be fixed because it was leaking fluid. I told him that they have had it for a week already and no one has attempted to contact me. Tuesday August 30, 2011 came and again, I received no call from them. My husband and I went up there to find out what was going on and I was told the owner was not there and they need more two days. I advised them that I need to speak to the owner and they said they did not know when she would be there. They have had my refrigerator for just about a month now with no contact fromthem at all. I am currently suing them and filing fraud charges on them. They have done this to soo many people and I do not understand why the Better Business Bureau still gives them an "A" rating when it is the same complaint being filed on them over and over again.
