They did not paid paycheck and did fraud for a truck which driver paid and they steal it. Here is the link law suite against them https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/27505571/Ivanov_v_Dubno_Logistics_Corporation_et_al Mykhailo Morhun and Ostap Oscar Danylkiv did a felony PRACTICE IN FAIR LABOR STANDARDS. They rip off newbie drivers. They get deposit and not return to any drivers. Mykhailo Morhun is unethical person and liar. Ostap Oscar Danylkiv was abusing log books and did not pay money he owes for driving for his company.
Summons Issued as to Dubno Logistics Corporation, Mykhailo Morhun on March 19, 2019. They do not respond for their fraud and we wait for judgement against Mykhailo Morhun. Ostap Oscar Danylkiv never provide exact miles driven and rip off you trying that you are never sue him in the court. Both Mykhailo Morhun and Ostap Oscar Danylkiv are felony and avoid them! Did not pay their drivers and stole trucks.
