Someone from DUCERE Health fraudulently obtain my social security number and use it to open a Merchant account with Elavon Merchant Services. The Merchant Service account number is ****. This is identity fraud and I would like this matter to be investigated.

Not only is this illegal but it has kept me up at night wondering what other damages this identity fraud will cause to my personal credit. Please investigated this matter and a prompt solution will be appreciated.
