Duke Falcon Global Grill Terrible place to work Long Beach New York
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had worked at Duke Falcon's for many months until I could find a better place to work at. The manager Steve is a sick person to work for. The training sucks. They don't have any formal training so if you do something wrong because it wasn't explained they (Steve) cuts the amount of tables you serve for the night. If you ask Steve why you are getting fewer tables then anyone else he blames Charlie and says that Charlie told him too.

Major turnover. People come and go very fast at Dukes because they punish you through the pocket.
