I used to go to Duke University Medical and when we went, they were very nice but they would send you a bill and you would pay it and then they would send you another for the exact same reason the first one was sent and when you called and said you sent a check in for it they denied it. They did not just send one extra bill but literally 10 and they just kept harrassing me even when I did send a bill in. I sent several checks in and each time they denied me paying it. I think there was some fraud somewhere in the system.
