Dun Rite Roofing improperly installed our Association's roof. That is the opinion of our licensed professional structural engineer. As a result of Dunn Rite's improper installation, we have over $10,000 of interior water damage and we have to replace a $75,000 roof. Dun Rite refuses to repair or replace the roof. Dun Rite failed to get a building permit or register with the City of Solon for our job. Beware!
