 Do not rent from these people!!! Run away quickly!! Withholding 2 months security deposit plus overpayment for July rent, totally 1800.00. Repeatedly call and leave message, have text him and emailed. Either no response, or he said he had been sent weeks ago, then promised to send again. Still no check or letter explaining why, it's been over 60 days and VA law requires return within 45 days. Gets you to sign lease and then promises repairs. The first week, we had no hot water and had to bring someone in ourselves to remedy situation. He takes your money and then forgets about you.
