DuPage Dodge Ram, 433 North Ave. The owners are Jim Spellman & Bret Matthews. The General Manger is Joseph Segretti.  They are responsible  for  allowing a fraud to be perpetated towards a senior citizen.  Let the truth be told!  I was a  victim of  Dupage Dodge Ram. 

I was overcharged for a 2018 Dually Dodge Ram Diesel Tradesman truck, that was advertised for $52,900.  I then discovered after 8 months, talking to several auto dealers, and studying the contract I was taken advantaged of.  I gave them a down payment of $8,910.00 in cash, and $61,389.75 was financed. 

I never received a Bill of Sale. The bank that financed my vehicle informed me their Bill of Sale reads $84,035.92. what a rip off!  They  sold  this  truck  to us  in a very deceitfull  manner  fraud  is  fraud

 

I am 69 years old female,My  Name  Is  marilyn L. and a senior citizen.Plus  a cancer  survivor who was ripped off at DuPage Dodge Ram Dealership. They are the same owners as Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I purchased a truck.  The stock number 187239 is priced as $49,745 to $50,000.  

The Salesman, Robert Williams told me I had to give him $8,910 up front. My cash price on my statement was $67,415.18.  I called the bank that financed me, and they told me, their contract read $70,228.81, including $2,614 sales tax. That means their cash price is $67,614.18.  

This is fraud. The cash price should be the same.

The option page shows the dealership charged me $3,600.00 for running boards. Ripped off again.  

A charge of $6,000.00 was also added, they called it Dupage Advantage. I don't even know what that is? It was never explained to me!  

The bank informed me, that they never received the option page. They had me financed for $61,389.75, after giving them $8,910.00.

This report will escalate to the proper authorities. I was a victim of DuPage Dodge Ram Dealership!

Plus  they  called  the  Glendale  Police  dept  and  they called me  and  told us  to stop  calling the  dealership  and  not  to enter  there  property.

The photo below is Bobby / Robert Williams of DuPage dodge Ram Glendale Heights Illinois the salesman who blocked me from going into the finance office when Marilyn was in there alone. Marilyn is a senior citizen and gets confused easily and should not have been in finance office alone.  This is the man who  created the deceitful and fraudulent contract. The woman Julie who was in the finance office told my wife Marilyn to sign a paper and was told that the document was an insurance document, when in reality it was the document with a lot of small writing on it, and that was the paper with all the fraudulent options, crazy prices like $3,600 for running boards that really only cost $452 and some other charge for “Dodge Advantage” for another $6,000, she got Marilyn to sign that. What wicked Fraudulent people. They should  be arrested. The papers don’t lie. See other docs below.

This document shows the true price for the running boards $452 and not $3,600 like they charged Marilyn.  See down below this document the original Invoice where they charge $3,600 for the running boards and another charge Marilyn did not know about or agree to for $6,000 for some service with them. A service we would never ever use as we are not going to be living in Illinois.
