I purchased 3 cartons of cigarettes on the 15th Dec 2014 at a cost of $155.95.

I have had internet conversations on there web site with a so called help person named 'Alex' telling me that they will resend ciggs over and over and I even spoke to 'someone' over the phone on the 25th April 2015 telling me they will refund me and still nothing.
