Ordered Stargate SG1 DVD boxed set, stated would ship direct from factory. Received order from China. DVD's are copies and very poor quaility. Have tried to get refund, but have not succeeded at this time. If things change, I will update

Although the DVD's were not authentic US release DVD's and the quality was extremely poor, a refund was issued promptly. It did cost $40 to return the item to China because of the customs issues to recieve a $126 refund. Return shipping was not paid for.
