We placed an order for dr. quinn series on 12/22/07 and got confirmation about order and two e-mail confirmation's about credit card process then four backorder e-mails, last one being on 1/21/08. I contacted them through website phone # which is still working as of 1/29/08 and finally got a person to answer on or about 1/15/08. Person apologised for problem and stated order would be shipped in a few dys due to a backorder. Waited aprox 2 weeks all along calling every other day with no contact. In process of legal action at this time.
