I ordered dvds from dvd.org on November 31st. Never heard from anyone on my order or where my money was, I then wrote to rip off.com and finally someone got ahold of me and told me they would send express mail my order, well that didn't happen, they wrote me and told me thier suppliers didn't get orders out. well its in the middle of January and I finally got my money back, I did get to email back and forth with a very nice person that tryed to take care of me best as possible, It took time but I finally got taken care of. Thanks
