I knew this person as a handyman for a few months when the crimes & property damage he did to me include, but not limited to the following : stripped off the roof of my house when I went out of town. This person is completely incompetent. He is not licensed, not bonded, nor insured. It was reported to me he replaced the roof by watching a "Youtube video".

The roof does not touch the upper walls and when looking up at the top of a wall you will view the outside sky, sun, & moon. He ripped off part of my outside siding, tore off my gutters, broke windows on purpose, put in a new door for no reason & then told me he lost the receipts (door horribly framed), tore out parts of my carpeting, disabled a functioning buck stove, left wires all over the ceiling exposed to people walking by have to duck their heads, took out all the sheeting in a coat closet, and took a saw & sledge hammer to my living room walls and tore down a wall & hacked up the other walls with electric saw.

He went up on the roof and threw down bricks, beer, & pop cans down a recently cleaned chimney that he told me he had repaired which was done all wrong. He then charged my insurance company fraudulently. He got paid by both me and my insurance company and then tried to charge me for the same thing a third time. He neglected to pay his workers even though he was paid an enormous amount by both me and the insurance company.

The house is now unlivable. He continued to exploit me and harass me about paying him, but refused to give me a written bill because he did not have the knowledge, nor the expertise on how to write it. I became fearful for my personal & financial safety, overall health, & well being. I am a elderly person with a disability.
