Dxuat The wrong item of a much cheaper cost and totally different type of item was sent. A girl's top instead of a foldable cart. Maysville Kentucky, US

The company name on the very small package was not Dxuat. I did not keep this item since I had no idea it was from the same company. Since it was a girl's top rather than a foldable cart I couldn't imagine it had anything to do with this order. After my item never arrived I contacted them. They said I should contact my post office since it showed it had been delivered.

After reading some reviews by others about Dxuat I saw they had received a small piece of clothing instead of the expensive item they had ordered.

I have responded several times explaining what had happened and only received the same response each time. They were trying to put the blame on me since I didn't keep the wrong thing shipped. I girl's top with a different company name on the return address instead of a folding cart. Who would have thought?
