Merchandise ordered online was never received. No response from DY Home Decor via their instructions to leave a voice mail or send an email. Did both. Never heard a word. They charged my account with the cost of the merchandise never received. I had to file "non-receipt of merchandise" dispute claim with my credit card company. What a hassle!
