Greg Walker and his company rented office space and skipped out prior to his lease termination. After receiving correspondence from our attorney for his outstanding balance of $11,889.64 he filed bankruptcy on the corporation to escape his obligation. His rants and unprofessional approach as his occupancy ended was different from anything I have experienced in over 30 years in the real estate business. I see that he is now affiliated with another partner in a company called Titan Networks, LLC...hopefully his new partner will keep him on the right path but I have my doubts.
