Me too had the same charge. I called customer service about this and I finally found out that this is because of the loan application I applied. I was evidently signed up for something I did not intend to apply. However, they were so professional of giving my money back. So I would suggest for you to call them. This is their phone number 1-8773254873. They said I will get my refund after 5 days.
