I'm appalled at this company trying to rip me off and say i  owe them $9,992.00.  The say they purchased the account from Cascade Capital, llc which is an online ripoff company as well.  I don't owe them nothing and i would like to join with someone to shut this fraudlent company down.

It is common today for collectors to sell off your debt or even to sell off debt that doesn't exist.

First, check your credit reports to see what is listed on your report. You are entitled to a free report from each CRA annually but only at one site: Annual credit report(dot)com (no spaces)

Then check the public records for the county in which you live to see if you have any judgments placed against you. If so, get a copy of the judgment and the associated paperwork for your records.

Then search the various credit info sites and debtor boards to see how to determine if your debt is legitmate or not. Not all collectors are working with legitmate debt so you have to do the investigation to make sure the debt is real. If it is not legtimate, then there are ways to handle your response to the collector. If it is, you handle it a different way. Do your research to get this taken care of the right way so you won't have to deal with it again.
