I recently received a bill form E. Burnham Cosmetic company regarding a past due balance of $26.95 for some skin care cream, which I never ordered. The law says you don't have to pay for something that you receieve in the mail which you did not order.

Hello I just wanted to clear this up as some may have the wrong idea on how E. Burnham Cosmetics works. The offer in which Liping is talking about is a 21 day free offer. At the time we received a post card with her name and address on it requesting the offer (that is the only way these are generated).
It clearly states on the post card that if not cancled after 21 days you will be sent the full size jar every 2 months. We encourage everyone to please read the fine print on anything you sign up for. E. Burnham Cosmetics has been in business for over 30 years and have thousands of customers on our club program. At E.
