Mom gave the product to me. Some months later Mom received a bill from a collection agency for $27.95 for the free sample stating her credit would be effected if not paid. Mom received a threatning bill from the RMCB collection agency with was distressful & troublesome.

Hi there, the free smaple that was obtained was done through a post card. The post card states that if you do not cancel with-in 21 days you will be sent out a full size jar with an invoice. We always encourage all of our customers to please read carefully anything you sign up for. E.
