I recieved a card in the mail to get a credit card. I called the toll free number on the card. I agreed to get the card.

They asked for my bank account number and after an arguement for about 15 minutes Jeff Rosengrant reassured that if i wasn't sure i could stop payment on the transaction.

I know I should haave but I didn't.
I have saved the card with information written on it that Jeff geve me.
