I received a card in the mail that says "We are notifying you that your credit card has not been activated. $4,000 credit line. Diamond, unsecured. Confirm within 72 hours. Does not instruct to mail in any money/response.

Their phone number listed is 800/866-4599
Monday-Friday 9 am to 10 pm Eastern Standard Time
Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
There is a small disclaimer that the number may be busy during peak hours due to high demand.

Thanks to The Rip-Off Report and all who have posted, I will not respond to this mailing. I hope the phone number will help you to reach them with your complaints.
