i ordered flowers from urban florists - yet now they are known as e-florist-inc.com, and e-florist incorporated and many more names. they say that they serve the Broadway location, yet when my flowers were not delivered and when i tried contacting them in person, they're address was no where to be found.
upon calling, the only response i could get as to where they are located is "I don't know." When i started to look for Broadway florists, (as they are advertising themselves at) i found a completely different florist, that obviously has not heard of my order because i never ordered through them. at that point, i realized that Urban florists, is a scam and not only does it not deliver orders, but falsely advertises their prices just to lour in customers, then blames other florists and destroys the reputations of honest and loyal florists.
I paid for flowers that never got delivered and then could not get a hold of those scam artists that ran away with my money and trust!

When I made my complaint, I was told they were in the middle of a restructure, that when they got the business straighten out I would see my refund. Todate, still have not.

I hope at sometime someone somewhere steps up to the plate to catch this guy and ends his fraud against good people, who just want a good business to provide a good service.
Even if it has been a while since he scammed you, don't give up, that's what he is wanting you to do. Find time to keep up on this and report every chance you get.

I would just like to state...that as much as this company blows...
The reason everyone was on hold so long was because the "customer service center" consisted of a grand total of 5 people.
That's all I would like to say.
And I only worked there for a month...(thank goodness too)
It's a super shady place and their website is offline at the moment and will hopefully never be coming back.
