 I bought a set of tables more than a month ago. My first action was to suspend the order which Rachell didn't object or refuse to do, actually she gaves a time when the money susposed to be back in the account. Nothing happens, even when we received e-mails about this.

I call back several times and talk to Kevin Jones and Rachell, they tell me to wait that the refund will be done the same day, in a couple days, well, all kind of excuses to give us a relief and stop calling. We call already tried several times, even they hang up the phone on u,s a couple times or just send us into a phone that is not working, into a answer machine.

They never offer a solution and not forgetting that the manager never is available and nobody else can talk to you.
