i saw a free trial for these so called amazing diet pills. all natural!! i signed up and paid the 4.95 p & p charge. i received the pills and put them in the cupboard. when i checked my bank statement i had been charged 69.95 so i found the website and phone number and eventually spoke to an american lady who was quite rude and stated i had not read the t&cs. if i had i would realise that i had signed up for a monthly subscription of the pills. i cancelled it ther and then and said i wanted to return the pills, i was told i needed to wait for the next lot to arrive and then return them together. they never arrived after another week so i returned the pills with the rma number i was given. i paid extra to have insurance and a signature on delivery so i could prove they had been rturned. i have heard nothing so i checked with royal mail and apparently pckage refused and will be returned to the uk. how can i return them and receive a refund ???
