I contracted with E-List Hunters to provide 20,000 email addresses for a marketing campaign.  They provided less than 8,000 addresses, and after I sent the emails, I received about 60% of them returned to me as undeliverable.

After contacting them, by email, as they do not provide phone numbers in their correspondance, I repeatedly asked them to refresh the list as it states in their contract.  My salesperson never responded.  I finally asked for the name of the CEO of the company, which of course is not listed on their website or anywhere else, he gave me the name of their data manager.  The alleged manager "Kevin" hung up on me several times, and then finally promised to make the rerun of my data a priority, and have it out to me in 3 days.  It has now been over a month, and I have had no response.

I paid $2,000 for absolutely nothing they do not accept credit cards, so you cannot dispute the payment thru the credit card company.
