We started to apply for loan ...we found a place and started to pay for inspections engineers certificate termite inspection and even had to pay to get things fixed on property before we where even approved but we where told we where....we had to push back closing times 4 times..and finally served cure notice...and lost the property and $ invested in it..they lied the whole time...
