Latest in a string of strange, small-dollar transactions being pushed through my AmEx, one or two per month and none more than $20. This one was for $12.38.

I have to assume these are all related. All have originated from California. AmEx has eaten the charges for all of these, so I'm not out-of-pocket anything, and hopefully they wise up and track these fraudsters down.
