e-online Data powerpay.biz Thief's! They Stole $1300 from my company! Stay Away from them at ALL costs! Nationwide

I own a small company and we process credit/debit cards online and e-online data was our processing company. (for two months)

They were so hard to get a hold of, and when I did get a hold of someone at e-online data they were extremely rude and condescending. After putting up with this for too long, I called them to cancel my account and again they were extremely unprofessional and less than helpful. I had $1300 in my merchant account that they were supposed to deposit into my company bank account, and they said (if) they did give me my money back it wouldn't be for 270 days! 

As a small business owner, this has been detrimental to our cash flow. Glad to get away from this awful company, but just wanted to warn anyone who is looking into them to stear clear.
