E & R Electronics sold to me a grey market Nikon D2X professional camera w/o disclosing this important information to me. Camera is now unserviceble by Nikon Inc. in the USA ripoff Brooklyn New York

In March 2006, I have purchased Nikon D2X professional camera from E&G Electronics via Ebay auction for $3,648.95 + $49.99 S&H.

In March 2007, I have mailed this camera to Nikon Inc. for annual calibration and overall service. Nikon Inc. refused to handle my camera, stating that this camera "...was not meant to be sold in the U.S.A..."
The seller failed to disclose this important detail to me during the purchase process.

Now, my camera is unserviceable in the United States. Due to the time passed, I have very little recourse against E&R Electronics. However, I would like to warn everybody else before they engage in business with this crook.
