I WAS PAYING FOR E-RENTERS INSUANCE VIA MY APT COMPLEX FOR 3 YEARS NEVER HAD A CLAIM. AFTER YEAR 3 I HAD A FIRE IN MY KITCHEN. TALK TO SOMEONE NAME MICHAEL VANCE WHO ASKED ME TO FILL OUT A ITEMIZED REPORT. I LOST POTS , PANS, VITAMINS TOTALLY OVER $800.00 . WHEN I SENT THE FORM TO MR.VANCE HE CLAIMED MY ITEMS ONLY TOTALED $75 DOLLARES AND THAT I HAD A DEDUCTABLE OF $500.00 SO HE COULD NOT PAY ANYTHING. MR.VANCE IS A LIAR AND I NEVER HAD A $500.00 DEDUCTABLE MY DEDUCTABLE WAS ONLY $ 50.00. I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MARLYAND INSURANCE COMMISSION. GOD WILL DEAL WITH THAT SNAKE. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!!!!!
