e-Rewards After taking many surveys, I never got the $50 gift card. The 4-6 wks, has now turned to 10 wks. Internet

I take surveys for e-Rewards, when you get a certain amount (mine was $145 level), you can pick your reward. I chose a $50 Starbucks gift card on October 25, 2013. They said 4-6 weeks delivery time. I notified them on 12/20/13 and again on 12/29/13, and still have received no reply or gift card.

As I've already stated, they were contacted several times. How many times should you have to hound someone bedfore they do the decent thing and get back to you? Ridiculous!!

I've used e-Rewards for several years, and have never had a problem receiving my rewards. I did get one Starbucks gift card ($50), airline miles (several times), and a wall Street Journal subscription. I think it's more likely that your reward got lost or stolen in the mail rather than e-Rewards not sending it. That being said, I've never tried to contact them with any issues, so I can't speak to their problem resolution processes. It says on their "Contact Us" form that you should receive a reply within 48 hours, so all I can suggest is to keep trying.
