I was told my first payment was returned and I asked on 2 occasions not to make my $272 month payment. I never received via email any information. January 2018 they were still in negotiations. After a year of no negotiations I requested cancellation. I had only 3 companies, 1 company declined. When I started I owed 1 lender $300 the other $500. I received a refund of $64. I was told the monies they collected went to their fees. If they take 4 payments for work I am in horror to think that they paid themselves my money and no loans were paid.
