Complaint Review: E-Z AUTO FINANCING inc. - MARIETTA Georgia
E-Z AUTO FINANCING INC. PATRICK OBRIEN These individuals at this dealership will sell you a car. Make you a promise or give you a we owe you form and then not keep their word. MARIETTA Georgia

This car dealership is a rip off. If you buy a vehicle from them and you find defects/issues let them know. They will fill out a "We Owe You" form saying their going to fix them, but they will prolong the repairs, by saying the parts aren't in or the mechanic isn't here. I've made several trips to this location since purchasing my car for repairs and haven't gotten anything fixed yet. If you continuously call and ask about your promised repairs. Your calls will go unanswered or you will be on hold for a long time. If you go to this Car Dealership go at your own risk.

This guy, Patrick Obrien is lying. He knows who we are (Mr. & Mrs. Quick). You never replaced our TPM for the tire, pay half the cost for a spare key. You promised us that and didn't keep up you end of the deal. If need be I can post a copy of it Patrick.

Since this is the first time I'm seeing this, I would like to set the record straight. I am now the General Sales Manager for the dealership and can tell you that if there is an un-honored "We Owe" out there, I want to do whatever I can to resolve the issue. I sincerly apologize if you feel you were not treated fair, or some commitment on my part or the part of the company was not honored. I would like an opportunity to make things right, please give me a call directly on Monday, March 2nd. I will be in the office no later than 10am. I look forward to the opportunity in making everything right and honoring the commitment we made to you.
Also, please do not forget to bring a copy of the "We Owe" form as your file has more than likely been moved to the storage facility and I don't have your name available to retrieve it.
Sincerly,
Patrick O'Brien
