Steer clear of this transcription company if you need transcriptions done. A guy named "Kevin" will appear very business like in "live chat", but once you have submitted your audio files for transciption and paid up front via Pay Pal or credit card, you can forget about your transcription or hearing from "Kevin" again. Deadlines are not met. Transcriptions are not delivered. No refunds offered. No explainations given and emails are never answered. I am surprised this company has not been shut down and is still able to keep cheating unsuspecting clients.
