On December 10, 2003 I authorized EA.com/Pogo.com to charge to my Discover credit card $29.99 for a years sunscription to their online gaming site as a "Club Pogo" member.

Last night my users account was blocked for no apparent reason and regardless of what I do or who I write. There is NO response from Pogo/EA as to WHY.

I had use of the account 44 days not 365 as paid for.
Anyone and everyone should avoid them at all costs.
has been turned over to my credit card company for failure to render what was paid for and requested refund of the money sent to them

I think you should read contract carefully and understand what you sign and agree to before paying.

the start up membership clearly states what will cause a membership to be temporily suspended or perenantly blocked.

they also remind people in their on site new letter as well as in your e-mail both personal and on site mail box if they have a problem with your account.

it usually involves using the free and paid for cheat programs, and you usually just recieve warning and if it continues the suspension or block is the recourse.

my suggestion is, dont use free or paid game cheat programs as they all say use at your own risk meaning they know you can lose in long run are in short taking your money,

and read the contracts fully. you are responsible for that account and dont let others play it never give out pass word

I am an active paid member of pogo for a year and have e-mailed and recieved reponses with in 24 hours of my e-mail,try e-mailing the again.
