In March of 2020, I ordered these Keto Pills from a company that ripped me off $300.00 and swore I would never do it again pills did not work.  January 2021 saw an ad for Keto pills and since I was on diet tried it again, the offer was, buy one get one for $39.95 free shipping, and if not satisfied a 30-day money-back guarantee my account was billed $199.99. 

It stated on the bottle best results after 30 days or something stupid like that but I tried to return them anyways.  No, they would not take them back because I didn't give them a chance to work and that's when I discovered that this was a subscription and I would be charged monthly.  I canceled the subscription, (I thought) and took the loss. 

Then in March of 2021, I received a random package of products from them that were their new Hemp products, not only did I not order these but I don't believe in them.  As I was going through my bank statement I saw a charge for $199.99 again.  I called the company affiliated with the info on my bank statement and it was this Eaglehemp product I told them I did not order these products and I had canceled the subscription I want my money back. 

Customer service gave me instructions on how to send the product back within 5 days on my dime, so I did.  I sent them back by UPS the next day and insured the package so someone would have to sign for it.  They got their package back in April and I am still waiting for a refund. 

At one point they even tried saying they never received their product back until I gave them the tracking number and the date, time, and name of the person that signed for it.  I have called at least 30 times and always get the same response billing dept has approved the refund should be 7 to 10 business days. 

What a scam they just keep changing their name and adding different products, but this George Southworth is the man behind it.  They have gone as far as to say that the crew of Shark Tank has endorsed them, I am contacting them next.  This person needs to be stopped.  I will participate in a class action suit.
