American Home Shield sent these people to my home to fix my air. We were charged $200. for a permit that is mandatory and come to find out they never pulled the necessary permit to work on my ac unit which is illegal. They charge me $125. for disposal. Cheri is very rude and her manager is a weasel would not even talk to me about the permit, just kept telling me it would be faxed to me....well it has been 6 days and still no permit. AHS says they are looking into it. DO NOT use this company they will rip you off.
