EAGLE HOME MEDICAL EAGLE HOME MEDICAL LLC Fraudulently ripping off the taxpayers and government VETERANS AFFAIRS !!!!! NC,PA,NJ,DEL., TX., WV,GA, ETC

Eagle Home Medical 115 Long Circle , Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 The above mentioned contractor with contracts with Veterans Affairs ,in several states ,has violated sever violations of Veterans rights against the government.

It is owned by Jeff Peedin phone number 252-536-1327 and company phone number 252-537-2400 or 1-800-226-1143. It is run by a comptroller ,office manager, named Robin Ezzell. The owner Jeff and Robin Ezzell, we are under the assumption, are aware as they and continue just to ignore the issues.

How come a background investigation is not performed to the hiring of individuals that are allowed to sign off on patients records? The below mentioned female ,Ms. Dickens , with the conspiring  Ms. Ezzell should be released of there duties from the sever infractions that they are being allowed to perpetuate against VA and the Veterans of the United States.

Catherine Dickens RN. CCM. The above mentioned person, Catherine Dickens,  is falsely impersonating a officer from the Joint Commission while employed at the employer mentioned. Catherine has NO past experience even with the Joint Commission. The Joint Commission is a highly regarded institution that oversees health organizations.

The mentioned employer has ONLY Veterans Contracts and written approval is  needed from, to the forgo mentioned Commission,as part of his contractual agreement. She is being ALLOWED to say this by not only by the owners of the company but being permissible by other officers of the company.

This is a ILLEGAL representation to ALL VA's. Ms. Dickens is being authorized by Robn Ezzell to over ride and to alter direct orders given by VA doctors concerning patients. A full investigation should be performed on patients records to prove that the Veterans are being denied pertinent oxygen supplies and equipment that are clearly noted on there records. 

Secondly she has NO knowledge of multi-state laws in reference to nursing laws and NOT authorized to dictate them in other states. She has NO legal right to present, represent,  nor change mandated laws as the company has offices in several states NOT covered by her license. NJ, PA, DEL. , TX., WV.

Please contact owner directly as it appears that he DOES NOT  receive these issues as his email has been compromised by employees of the company. Lastly Ms. Dickens not only has several charges against her with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. She has a colorful background with many disciplinary actions against her from previous employers for the same issues.
